Eric Hi Thank you, Orcastrated has no effects, just a Marshall JCM 800 as usual, though that particular album sounds thin to me! guitar was a Fender Telecaster and a Gibson Les Paul custom. We did play a couple of songs from Orcastrated in 1995, for a year or so, sorry ya missed them! Take care

hello Olga, Not a question, just a comment if thats ok. I'm Mark (one of the two lads from Durham who you met outside of the Cockpit at Leeds. Remember?). Just wanted to let you know what a brilliant night it was in Leeds and then in Durham. Although Durham was packed to the rafters, I still think I preferred the Leeds show a little bit as the crowd was a bit more mental in Leeds. Both performances were excellent though. I thought it was brilliant at Durham when you got TV Smith on stage and did One Chord Wunders together. Anyway, just wanted to let you know how fantastic both nights were. I think that these were two of the best gigs I've ever been to and I just wanted to say cheers for coming back after all this time. Mark

Hi, I have been unable to get tickets for the current Toy Dolls tour as the London gig has already sold out!! Obviously I will be taking further steps to try and secure tickets for the night. The next plan it to pitch up on the night and kick seven shades out of any scum touts outside the venue who shouldn't have any tickets anyway and acquire the tickets that way, however the small matter of this being illegal - I don't fancy an assault charge hanging over me!! - will probably stop me taking the appropriate steps there, therefore however I doubt I will have any joy here. Clearly the selection of venue for the London gig for the current tour was unsuitable as its far too small for the demand for the Toy Dolls, can you let me know what further plans there are for gigs in London. My favourite guitar is the one I use, a vintage standard Fender USA Telecaster 1978/9. I think you should try a few guitars in the music shops, see how they feel, spend as much as you can afford really, I think a really expensive one may be crazy for a first guitar, but a crap cheap one might put you off playing! so, go for the one you are most happy with at a sensible price, theres soooo many out there! Tokai make some not bad Telecasters. Good luck

I just tell you a story,I was in London in 1992, it was a school trip, I was sixteen years old. I remember that entered in a old records shop, I founded the album "Dig that groove baby" between other punk albums. I bought it for some pounds.I never listened punk music before meeting Toy Dolls, probably I did not know that I have bought the best toypunk album in my life. Now I'm sure of this. The best thing to do is to take a record, listen it and buy it. Now I'm a dj, electronic music is the best feeling for me, and this toydolls album....when I listen it.....a smile in my face and around me all is fun. Just thank you for this. Alessandro
